In both Journeys and Dashboards, First, Mid, and Last Touch attributions may not add up to the overall conversion count. That’s because a single page can receive multiple types of credit within the same journey.
For example, this journey:
Page A → Page B → Page C → Page A → Page D → Page A → Conversion
Page A appears multiple times—early, mid-journey, and just before conversion. So:
It may be counted as First Touch
Also as Mid Touch
And as Last Touch
That results in 3 attribution credits, but there was still only 1 conversion.
In Journeys, the converting page itself is not shown in the Page Influence table, which also contributes to totals not matching.
