The Traffic & Engagement tab in Knotch One gives you a detailed view of how users interact with your website content. Here are the metrics you’ll see:
Views: The total number of page loads recorded by Knotch (i.e., how many times your pages were viewed)
Unique Visitors: The number of website sessions tracked by Knotch (i.e., how many unique visits occurred)
Views Over Time: A time-based graph showing how content views trend over your selected date range
Scroll Depth by Page Quartile: Shows how far users scrolled on a page—broken into 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% quartiles
Time on Page Histogram: Visualizes how long users spend on a page, grouped into time brackets
Also includes the average time on page across all tracked visits
Top Pages by Unique Visitor: A ranked list of the most visited individual content pages
Top Referrer Groups by Unique Visitor: Displays which referrer types (e.g., Social, Search, Direct) are driving the most visitors—ranked from highest to lowest
You can refine these metrics using filters like date range, tags, referral source, and more at the top of the page.
