Custom Views let you save your current filters, columns, and search results—so you don’t have to set them up again every time.
To create a Custom View:
Click the "Standard View" dropdown in the top-left corner of the table
Click the “+” button
Give your view a name
Choose the view’s visibility:
Private: Only you can see it.
Shared: Visible to all users in your account.
Shared views help standardize analysis across your team.
Select which settings to save. By default, all settings are captured, including filters (date range, device, referrer, conversions, actions, questions, tags, page view), column selection, and search results. Toggle off any settings you don't want to lock in.
Click Save
Your Custom View will now include:
Any filters (date range, device, referrer, etc.)
Your current column selection
Search results or scoped content
You can:
Access saved views from the Standard View dropdown. Your views appear in the list alongside system presets.
Set a default view by clicking the ⭐️ icon next to it
Custom Views help streamline recurring workflows and keep your dashboards clean and focused.
