Technically, you can either update an existing Card or create a new one.
If the change is minor (e.g., adjusting wording), you can safely edit the existing Card
If the change will meaningfully affect how users interpret or respond to the survey, we recommend creating a new Card
Tip: Use the “Duplicate” function to copy an existing Card and quickly build a new version with edits. This helps maintain data clarity over time.
