How do I create a Card?

To create a new Card:

1. Go to the Cards section

2. Click the + button in the top right

3. In the Card Builder under Steps, select your Card type (Survey, CTA, Message, or Recommendation)

4. Depending on the Card type, you can customize:

   • Text

   • Image

   • Button(s)

5. Add your Deployment settings, such as Location, Trigger, and Behavior

6. Click Save and Publish to make it live

Cards can be edited at any time, and you can duplicate existing ones as templates to save time.

Note that you cannot currently deploy a card based on device type (e.g., deploy a card to only mobile pages).
