To create a new Card:
Go to the Cards section
Click the + button in the top right
Select your Delivery Channel: Web Page or Email. This determines the options and workflow available in the Card Builder.
In the Card Builder under Steps, select your Card type (Survey, CTA, Message, or Recommendation)
Depending on the Card type, you can customize text, images, and buttons
Complete your deployment or activation settings (these differ by delivery channel — see below)
Click Save and Publish (Web Page) or Activate (Email) to make it live
For Web Page Cards, you'll configure deployment settings such as Location, Trigger, and Behavior in the Deploy tab.
For Email Cards, you'll select landing pages and copy the embed HTML in the Activate & Embed tab. See "How do I create an Email Card?" for the full Email workflow.
Cards can be edited at any time, and you can duplicate existing ones as templates to save time.
Note: You cannot currently deploy a card based on device type (e.g., deploy a card to only mobile pages).
