Cards can be delivered through two channels:
Web Page: Cards appear as pop-ups or overlays on your website, triggered by page load, scroll depth, time on page, or exit intent.
Email: Cards are embedded directly into email content using an HTML snippet. Recipients interact with the first question in the email, then complete remaining steps on a designated landing page.
Types of Cards include:
Survey Cards: Ask users about sentiment, value, or intent
Call-to-Action (CTA) Cards: Encourage users to take an action (e.g., "Request Demo," "Explore Now")
Recommendation Cards: Suggest related content to increase recirculation
Message Cards: Deliver announcements or branded messages
