The Conversions section in Knotch One helps you measure how well your content drives key user actions.
This section is displayed as a searchable, filterable table view, or Leaderboard, where each row represents a unique conversion event.
Title: The name of the conversion event
Category: The classification of Conversion event - either a Site Conversion (events that occur on the site and tracked by KTag) or API Conversion (events ingested via the Events API that originated from external CRM or other platform).
Note: API Conversions require integration with Knotch Events API
Conversion Rate: The percentage of sessions where this conversion occurred
Total Conversions: The total number of times this event was triggered
Avg. Number of Pages to Convert: The average number of content pages viewed before a user converted
Avg. Time to Conversion: The average time (in minutes) from first touch to conversion
Avg. Number of Sessions to Convert: The average number of sessions it took for a user to complete the conversion
Desktop Conversion Rate: Conversion rate for users on desktop devices
Mobile Conversion Rate: Conversion rate for users on mobile devices
Search: Quickly locate a specific conversion event by title
Filters: Narrow results by date range, referrer, or device
Download: Export your conversion data as a CSV file
Create a New Conversion: Use the + button to define a new conversion using the Event Builder
Averages: Access the Averages row at the bottom where you can view column averages. The averages will recalculate when filters are applied.
Use this section to track performance over time, compare device behavior, and evaluate how different types of content or journeys contribute to key outcomes.
The Conversion leaderboard is your source of truth in the platform for total conversion counts. You can filter the leaderboard to look at specific dates, referrers, or devices.
