Yes, it's possible for a Conversions count to be higher than a Clicks count for the same Action (including a CTA Card) on the Actions Leaderboard. This is expected behavior.
Clicks and Conversions are two separate tracked events. A Click is counted when a visitor clicks the Action itself. A Conversion is a distinct goal, tracked on a different button or event elsewhere in the visitor's path. Once a visitor clicks an Action, Knotch One watches the rest of that visitor's tracked history, and any Conversion completed after the Action click gets attributed back to that Action, the same way conversions get attributed to Page views.
Example journey:
Visitor lands on Page A and clicks Action A (a CTA Card).
Visitor moves to Page B and clicks a button tracked as Conversion 1.
Visitor moves to Page C and clicks a separate button tracked as Conversion 2.
That path produces 1 Click and 2 Conversions, and both Conversions are attributed to Action A because it's what started the path, even though the visitor only clicked it once. An Action that sits early in a funnel with several downstream Conversion goals will naturally accumulate more Conversions than Clicks.
This can also happen with a single Conversion goal. The Actions Leaderboard tracks a visitor's entire history with no cutoff after a Conversion occurs (unlike Journeys, where a pathway is cut off after the first conversion). So if the same visitor completes that same Conversion goal more than once over time, each completion is still attributed back to the original Action click, adding to the total Conversion count.
Note: Clicks on the Actions Leaderboard are de-duplicated (only the first click counts, with any repeat click on the same page within 1 second ignored), but Conversions are not limited in this way, since they can occur repeatedly across separate sessions.
