Last 90 days — Attributes conversions to page views in the past 90 days
Last 1 year — Attributes conversions to page views in the past 12 months
Last 2 years (Default) — Attributes conversions to page views in the past 2 years

Credits only pages viewed within the date range you currently have selected on the report or dashboard. The attribution window dynamically mirrors whatever date range you are viewing.
A page view must fall within the selected report date range to be credited for a conversion. If you change your date filter, the conversion data updates accordingly.
To configure:
Select Match event date range.
Click Save.

In the calendar picker, select your start date and end date. You can also type dates directly into the MM/DD/YYYY fields at the bottom.
Click Save.
