When your selected granularity spans multiple calendar periods, these columns display ranges. For example, if your granularity is "Week" and a week spans two months, the Month column will show "March - April". Similarly, Quarter might show "Q1 - Q2" and Year might show "2025 - 2026" when weeks or other periods cross those boundaries.
