What do the Month, Quarter, and Year columns represent in my report?

These columns reflect the calendar period each data row belongs to. "Month" shows the month name (e.g., April), "Quarter" shows the standard fiscal quarter (Q1 = Jan–Mar, Q2 = Apr–Jun, Q3 = Jul–Sep, Q4 = Oct–Dec), and "Year" shows the four-digit year. These columns appear contextually based on your selected date range and granularity.
