Your Knotch One account is created and configured by the Knotch Team in partnership with your Client Success Manager (CSM).
During onboarding:
KTag (our tracking script) is installed on your website(s) and respective pages for Knotch event tracking and content measurement
Knotch platform features are enabled based on your contract
Dashboards, Conversion and Action events are defined and created based on your goals
Initial training sessions are scheduled for you and your team
Contact your CSM to add or remove users.
