Deactivating an Email Card removes the follow-up survey steps from the assigned landing page(s). The Card itself remains in your Leaderboard for reference, but it will no longer function for new email recipients who click the embedded Card.
To deactivate:
Select the Email Card in the Cards Leaderboard.
Click Deactivate (this replaces the "Unpublish" option used for Web Page Cards).
Confirm the deactivation in the modal that appears.
You can reactivate the Card at any time by selecting it and clicking Activate.
Deleting an Email Card permanently removes it from the Cards Leaderboard and deactivates the follow-up steps on any assigned landing pages.
To delete:
Select one or more Email Cards in the Cards Leaderboard.
Click Delete.
Confirm the deletion in the modal. Note: the confirmation modal for Email Cards specifies that the landing page logic will also be removed.
As with Web Page Cards, any response data already captured by the Email Card is retained and attributed to the respective pages where responses occurred. However, Card-specific questions will be removed from filters.
