Understand which Leaderboard metrics apply to Email Cards and what's different.
Email Cards appear in the Cards Leaderboard alongside Web Page Cards. Most metrics work the same way for both delivery channels, but there are some important differences due to the nature of email delivery.

Metrics Not Supported for Email Cards
Pages Deployed On — This metric is specific to Web Page Cards and is not available for Email Cards, since Email Cards are not deployed to pages directly.
Important Note: Unique Visitors and Impressions
Unique Visitors and Impressions are not available at the overall Card level for Email Cards. Because the first step of the Card is rendered inside an external email client, Knotch cannot capture visitor-level or impression data for that initial interaction the way it can for on-site Cards.
However, these metrics are captured for each subsequent step after the recipient clicks a response in the email and lands on your website. Once the recipient is on your landing page completing the remaining survey steps, Unique Visitors and Impressions are tracked at the Step level as expected.
Delivery Channel Column
A Delivery Channel column is displayed by default in the Cards Leaderboard, to the right of the Type column. This shows whether each Card was deployed to a Web Page or Email. You can hide or show this column from Column Settings.
