Here's what happens when a recipient engages with an Email Card:
The recipient opens the email and sees the embedded Card (typically a survey question with response options).
The recipient clicks their chosen response.
They are directed to the landing page specified in the Card's configuration.
On the landing page, the remaining steps of the survey are displayed as an overlay Card (centered on the page with a translucent background). This display style is not configurable.
The recipient completes the remaining survey steps. Once finished, the page displays normally.
When different landing pages have been assigned to individual responses, each recipient is directed to the page corresponding to the response they clicked. For example, clicking Response 1 might lead to your product page, while clicking Response 2 leads to a resource hub.
Engagement is tracked from the moment the email is opened (via a tracking pixel). All subsequent clicks and responses are captured and reflected in the Cards Leaderboard as they occur.
