How is recirculation rate calculated in Reports?

Recirculation rate is measured at the site level.

Recirculation rate represents the average percentage of visitors who navigate to another page after viewing any tracked page within the site.

It is calculated as:

Recirculation Rate (%) = ( Total visits − Total visits ending without a subsequent page / Total Visits ) x 100

If no filters are applied, the rate should be 0 when no page transitions occur.
