These metrics are calculated differently, so they may not sum to Total Visitors:
First Touch Visitors: Only include visitors whose first interaction occurred within the selected time period and who had more than one interaction. Visitors who started before the time period are excluded.
Middle Touch Visitors: Include visitors with multiple interactions where the interaction is neither first nor last. Single-touch journeys are excluded.
Last Touch Visitors: Only include visitors whose final interaction occurred within the selected time period. Single-touch visitors or journeys continuing beyond the time period are excluded.
Because each metric has unique rules, some visitors may appear in Total Visitors but not in any touch category.
