Exit Intent detects when a visitor is likely to abandon a page and immediately shows a configured Card to capture feedback, offer value, or drive conversion.
Knotch One infers exit intent from rapid mouse movement toward the top edge of the browser window (address bar, tabs, or close button). When a Card is set to display on Exit Intent, it triggers at that moment.
Note: Exit Intent relies on cursor movement and isn’t supported on mobile/touch devices.
