If KTag is deployed but no data is appearing in the platform after 24 hours, check the following:
Confirm domain allow-listing (whitelisting)
KTag only sends data from domains that have been properly allow-listed. Make sure your domains were submitted to Knotch and confirmed by your CSM. Without this, no data will be collected or displayed.Check if the page received a view after deployment
A page is only indexed once it receives a view after KTag has been installed.Example: If KTag was deployed on March 1, 2025, and Page A is first viewed on March 6, it will not show up in the dashboard until March 7.
Ensure KTag is deployed on the page
It’s possible that KTag hasn’t been properly installed on a specific page or template. Double-check your implementation or deployment settings.Still not seeing data?
