Filter Quick Reference
Use these filters to narrow down your metric results across all Pages Leaderboard sections:
Date Range
Selects the time window over which events or responses occur.
Referrer (Any‑Touch)
Limits data to sessions where the visitor arrived via the chosen referrer source(s) at any point in their journey.
Device
Filters to activity that took place on the specified device type (Desktop or Mobile).
Conversion Event(s)
(Applies only to Conversion Metrics) Restricts counts and rates to the selected conversion event(s).
Question(s)
(Applies only to Response & Sentiment Metrics) Restricts to responses or sentiment related to the selected survey or diagnostic question(s).
Average Bar
Represents the average of the metric across all pages listed in the table.
Metrics & Filter Definitions
Response Rate (Page) — percentage of visitors who viewed the page and submitted at least one response to a card on the page. Also known as Survey Response Rate or Card Response Rate.
Response Rate (page) filtered by Date Range
Percentage of visitors who viewed the page and submitted at least one response to a card on the page during the selected date range.
Calculation: Number of sentiment responses within the date range ÷ Card Queue events within the date range × 100.
Response Rate (page) filtered by Referrers
Percentage of visitors who arrived via the selected referrer(s), viewed the page, and submitted at least one response to a card on the page during the selected date range.
Calculation: Visitors who viewed the page, arrived via referrer, and submitted response in date range ÷ Total unique visitors all time who viewed the page and arrived via referrer × 100.
Response Rate (page) filtered by Devices
Percentage of visitors who viewed this page on the selected device and submitted at least one response to a card on the page in the date range.
Calculation: Visitors who viewed the page on device and submitted response in date range ÷ Total unique visitors all time who viewed the page on device × 100.
