The Conversions tab in Knotch One helps you understand which content drives business outcomes—and how users convert across their journey. Here are the key metrics available:
Conversions: The total number of tracked conversion events (as defined by your setup)
Conversion Rate: The percentage of visits that resulted in a conversion
Avg. Time to Conversion: The average amount of time it takes for users to convert after their session begins
Avg. Page Steps to Conversion: The average number of pages viewed before a conversion occurs
Avg. Sessions to Conversion: The average number of sessions it takes for a user to convert
Conversions Over Time: A bar chart showing how conversions trend across the selected date range
Device Breakdown: View how many conversions occurred on desktop or mobile
Conversion × Session Breakdown: Shows how many users convert on a single session vs. multi-sessions
Top Conversions: A ranked list of the highest-performing conversion events
Top Referrers by Conversion: The sources (Search, Social, Direct, etc.) driving the most conversions
Top Pages by Conversion: The pages where the highest number of conversions occur
Top Tags by Conversion: Which content groups (via tags) are contributing most to conversions
Use filters to narrow results by conversions, date range, tags and more to uncover what’s driving your best outcomes.
