# Why does the same journey appear as single-touch in Dashboards but multi-touch in Journeys?

Clarify how repeat visits to the same page are handled differently.

If a user only visits **one page** but views it multiple times, it may be classified differently:

**Example: A → A → A → Conversion**

-   In **Journeys**: This is **multi-touch**, since the page was seen multiple times
    
-   In **Dashboards**: This is **single-touch**, because no other pages were involved
    

That’s why the same user behavior might look like different journey types in different places.
