# How do I create a Funnel?

Step-by-step instructions for building a new funnel using the Funnel Builder.

To create a new Funnel:

1.  Click **\+ New Funnel**
    
2.  Give your funnel a name
    
3.  Add at least **2 steps** (required)
    
4.  For each step, choose a **Condition Type** (e.g. Page, Tag, Conversion)
    
5.  Set the **Condition Value** (e.g. a specific URL or tag name)
    
6.  (Optional) Add **Excludes Rules** to filter out certain visitors
    
7.  Click **Save Funnel**
    

Each funnel uses **“relaxed” sequence logic**—users can perform other actions between steps, but must complete them in order.
