# Will pages be tagged in real time with Auto Tags?

Learn how quickly new pages get tagged.

No — auto tagging is **not real-time**. Pages are tagged:

- Once per day (12am UTC), or

- Immediately after editing auto tag rules

For immediate tagging, you can manually apply the tag.
