# I tried to download a report but I’m getting an error. What should I do?

Try refreshing and re-downloading; contact support if it persists.

If a report download fails:

1.  Try the download again.
    
2.  If it still fails, **refresh your browser** and retry.
    

This error usually occurs if the report tab/window has been open too long. If the download still doesn’t begin, please reach out to your CSM to **create an ticket** so we can investigate further.
