# What date ranges can I select in Reports?

Choose a custom date range to include the data you need in your report.

When building a report, you can select a **custom date range**. The chosen range applies to all metrics in the export.

Your selected date range also determines which **data granularity options** are available, allowing you to view your data in daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly intervals.
